Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. Polar acts as *merchant of record*: it is legally the seller of the transaction and handles VAT reporting and payment security. Your card details never reach us.
If there is any discrepancy between this English text and the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.

What FileRevive sells is a digital service performed immediately by electronic means: an attempt to repair a broken file. No physical product is delivered.
Products you can buy:

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars. At checkout the payment provider may add VAT according to your country; the final amount is shown clearly on the payment screen before you confirm.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, distance contracts carry a right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving a reason.
Digital services carry an exception (Art. 16(a) and 16(m)): where performance has begun at your express request and with your acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal, that right ends for the part performed.
We apply this as follows:

Before you are taken to payment, you are asked to confirm separately and expressly that you want the service to start immediately and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal for the part performed. Payment cannot start without that confirmation, and the confirmation is recorded against your purchase.
Under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services performed instantly by electronic means.
Even so, we extend the refund practice in the table above to users in Türkiye voluntarily: credits you have not used are refunded within 14 days.
Send your refund request by email to the contact address within 14 days of payment. Include:
No separate form is required.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period; you keep using that period's allowance until it ends. The next period is not charged.
If a technical fault means we cannot provide the service at all, or you are prevented from using an allowance you paid for, the unused part is refunded.
A file that cannot be repaired does not count as the service not being provided: a repair was attempted, the file was analysed, and you were given an honest report. Success is not guaranteed (see Terms of Service, clause 2).
In the EU: you may turn to the consumer dispute resolution bodies of your country.
In Türkiye: you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts. The monetary thresholds are updated annually.
